The Posh FUSION FILLER combines innovative technologies intended to protect essential hyaluronic-acid structures while integrating the properties of monophasic and biphasic formulations sourced from different bacterial origins.

Shuffled HA Matrix Cross-linking technology

Monophasic HA is derived from Streptococcus thermophilus and is presented as a smooth gel for injection comfort and immediate volumising.

Biphasic HA is stated to come from Streptococcus zooepidemicus and to have larger particles intended for structural support and prolonged durability.

• Shuffled matrix cross-linking protects β(1-4) glycosidic bonds.
• The resulting network is more resistant to enzymatic degradation by hyaluronidase.
• The architecture supports preservation of HA properties, immediate volume and longer-lasting results.

BDDE Cross-Coupling Autoclaved technology

BDDE is autoclaved before incorporation to remove impurities/residuals, then used to cross-link the HA matrix.

this creates a more resilient and cohesive filler combining monophasic and biphasic properties.

MET-MFM Technology

MET-MFM as Micro-Engineered Technology for Matrix Formation.
